Announces Property Two Purchased
NGGF II, the fund acquired 89+ acres on Martin Bridge Road (Banks County).
The Fund's Advisors strongly believe this exit on I-85 is strategic in the growth on the corridor. The farm has 272 feet of frontage on Martins Bridge Road and was purchased for $11,500.00 per acre. Martins Bridge Road is the only exit undeveloped on I-85 to the South Carolina border. It is understood that Banks County is attempting to locate a sewer treatment plant to serve that area.
