Announces First Property Purchased
North Georgia Growth Fund II is pleased to announce their first acquisition, a 192 acre track in Jackson County, adjacent to the Valentine Industrial center in that county. The property fronts Stockton Farm Road, is unimproved, and shares a small lake with the adjacent property. The property had been offered at $22,000.00 per acre and NGGF II acuired the potential industrial and residential property for $14,450.00 per acre, well under market potential value.
The Acquisition Committee will be reviewing additional recommendations in the first quarter of 2007.
